We are pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Allen Smith to the Advisory Board of Valor Performance. As the longtime President of the Brigham and Women’s Physicians Organization, Dr. Smith has been an important partner and advocate for Valor as we have expanded our work with healthcare professionals both at Mass General Brigham and with other healthcare organizations.
Dr. Smith is the current President and CEO of South Shore Health and had previously held the positions of Chief Medical Officer and President of the Brigham and Women’s Physicians Organization. Prior to that Dr. Smith was the AVP for Strategy and Business Planning and AVP and Medical Director of Secure Horizons at Tufts Health Plan.
As an Advisor to Valor, Dr. Smith will be a thought partner to Valor’s leadership team on how we can continue to provide value to healthcare professionals and how we can better serve this critical sector of our workforce.
